About the Organization Jana Kalyana Samakhya JKS is a registered secular not-for-profit development organization established in 1991 Over the past three decades JKS has been implementing sustainable development initiatives across three districts of Northern Andhra Pradesh and one district in Southern Odisha The organization works across diverse thematic areas including agriculture and livelihoods women s empowerment community development environment and natural resource management health and disability inclusion education and child rights Through its participatory community-based approach JKS strives to empower marginalized rural families to achieve sustainable livelihoods and an improved quality of life JKS collaborates with international funding agencies CSR foundations and government departments to design and implement impactful programs that foster inclusive and resilient rural development About the Position JKS is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead its Disability Livelihood Inclusion project in three Mandals Blocks of Parvathipuram Manyam district The project focuses on strengthening livelihoods of Persons with Disabilities PWDs through entrepreneurship development skills enhancement and inclusion in mainstream livelihood programs The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in livelihoods promotion disability inclusion and government liaison Key Roles Responsibilities Lead the overall implementation of the project and ensure effective field-level execution Facilitate formation and strengthening of Enabler Committees at Mandal Block levels for the welfare of PWDs Organize community mobilization activities workshops and training programs for PWDs on entrepreneurship and livelihood promotion Monitor the Project Implementation Plan PIP and ensure timely fund utilization and reporting Track project progress against timelines and budgets take corrective actions where needed Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with donor and organizational requirements Coordinate with ITDA DRDA RSETI and the Department of Disability Welfare for trainings entitlements and convergence Facilitate access to government schemes and entitlements for PWDs Strengthen project visibility through social media and video documentation Represent JKS and the project in external meetings networks and events Qualification Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Social Work BSW MSW Sociology or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in the NGO or development sector preferably in areas related to Disability Inclusion Livelihoods or Community Development Robust skills in community mobilization coordination with government departments and project monitoring Work Location Based at Parvathipuram Andhra Pradesh with frequent field travel across 3-4 Mandals for monitoring supervision and coordination with PRIs and community stakeholders Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications as per organizational norms How to Apply Interested candidates may send their CV along with details of their last drawn salary to jksppm2 gmail com Subject Line Application for Project Coordinator – Disability Inclusion Application Deadline 30th October 2025 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 714 33 – 30 586 25 per month Work Location In person
